BBGC Services Expanding in an Active Market

It’s been a while since we spoke with consulting and service firm – BBGC Services – a leading technology consultancy firm with over 20 years experience. So last week, I caught up with Amir Soufizadeh, director of BBGC.

The firm has grown since we last talked and now has offices in London, Dubai, Singapore, France, USA and India and a sizeable team, he told me. It specialises in bespoke development, implementation and system’s integration, and has senior staff with significant expertise in a variety of well known CTRM platforms. Amir told me that the Singapore office had grown rapidly over the last year or so and was engaged in numerous projects currently in areas like aggregation and consolidated reporting across multiple CTMs, for example. “On average, we are adding two to three new staff each month at the moment,” he said. “Overall between 2024 and 2025, BBGC grew 146%.” Amir points to its good reputation in the industry and experienced staff as being behind its success.

BBGC gets involved in many types of projects but recently these have included things like consolidated reporting across multiple CTRM’s, building analytical models, and automation projects. Its bespoke development capabilities focus on adding incremental functionality on top and around commercial CTRMs, he told me. “This year, we are seeking to broaden our product width in areas like Cleardox, for example, and broaden our market knowledge generally.” He cited skills around products like Orchestrade, Quor, ION Allegro, ION Aspect, Fendahl and integration into SAP as examples.

He told us that the services market is very active and pointed to Dubai as becoming an established hub as well as demand in Singapore. “Talent is the issue,” he told me as it is increasingly harder across the industry to find good and experienced talent and BBGC had recently teamed up with Procom services in a “strategic partnership to improve its staffing efforts. Procom will now help the professional services firm to source talent for its clients,” according to a recent announcement.

Currently, ComTech is seeking consulting and services firms like BBGC that want to be included in our new Services Sourcebook – contact us if you would like to be listed.
