One Month In…
One month after rejoining Patrick here at ComTech Advisory, I am already busy. Having got this site populated and launched, I am now focused on assisting a client shortlist some CTRM solutions for consideration and working with Aviv Handler of ETR Advisory on our European Regulatory Report amongst other things.
For some, perhaps it is a surprise that we also do some ‘end user’ work?. In fact, we help companies seeking new technology solutions to move rapidly to identify a qualified pool of software and services providers and products that can best meet the needs of their unique business models and processes. We are not a consulting company – our services leverage our experience and deep knowledge of the market and technology solutions to provide a fixed price, high quality, and high value deliverable. Our services accelerate the technology acquisition, contracting and implementation processes reducing costs and risks. We do not provide hourly consulting services – we leverage a broad understanding of the market of E/CTRM products and provide a structured deliverable that ensures rapid advancement from needs identification through live use of a new system. Post-selection, we provide project oversight and audit capabilities to ensure that all selection and critical implementation decisions are made on an “arm’s length” basis. These projects are also fun and keep us up to date with vendor products.
Meanwhile, the sun is shining finally here in Prague. Hopefully, the floods will soon recede and we can get down to some serious summer…..
