Energeya Issues New WhitePaper on REMIT
Energeya has released a comprehensive white paper on REMIT freely available from its website. The white paper examines REMIT in some detail asking and answering question such as who is likely to be impacted, what REMIT is, a comparison with EMIR and a look at how to comply with both sets of regulations. REMIT, of course, is focused on energy but the broader commodities trading industry will undoubtedly be subject to similar regulations via MiFiD2 and other forthcoming regulations in the future.
ComTech and ETR Advisory also partnered to produce a report on the entire suite of regulations and it too is freely available to download. It is also updated about every three-six months so do make sure that you have the latest version of our report. It includes a directory of solution providers that may be useful too.
Regulations will also be a significant part of the up coming CTRM Conference In London on October 2nd organized in partnership with Commodities Now magazine.
