Energy One Enters into Agreement to Acquire Contigo

It was announced on ASX overnight that Australian ETRM supplier, Energy One, has entered into an agreement to acquire UK-based Contigo. The transaction is expected to close November 30th. We will have more information later however the ASX announcement can be found here.
