ACER report on monitoring and STORs under REMIT
This blog is back after a short break. An “update” post will be made in the coming days. In the meantime ACER has today issued this report on “NRAs’ activities related to suspicious transactions and order reports” (STORs). The report looks at the number, quality and actionability of STORs received by NRAs and ACER and is summarised in this press release. It also includes some analysis of the obligations of “PPETs” (Professional Persons Executing Transactions), a concept introduced as part of REMIT II.
Today is the 8th May, when, according to the REMIT II Act(see here) , a new version of the REMIT Implementing Act was to be adopted. We will update on this when information becomes available.
