REMIT: ACM reprimand, Quarterly and appeal in Romania
The ACM (the Dutch National Regulatory Authority) has issued this notice which states that a market participant was reprimanded for possible “Marking the Close” in the Day Ahead TTF market, linked to the TTF Heren Day Ahead reference price. This report in Romania Insider states that a fine, levied in 2020 for a “fake” participation in an auction for using pre-arranged trading across two group entities has been successfully appealed against since third parties were involved in the auction.
